Roa Smoked BBQ is an authentic American-style smokehouse serving rich, low-and-slow, wood-fired BBQ with a Kiwi twist. Inspired by Texan and Southern Carolina flavours, it’s known as a local gem with a serious “food coma” reputation. Feast on 12-hour smoked Wagyu brisket, giant dino ribs, tender pork ribs, and their signature maple-bourbon pork belly burnt ends, all crafted for bold, unforgettable flavour.
